Return Eligibility

Condition of Returned Products

  • Returned items must be in new condition — unopened, in original packaging, and unused.

Return Cost & Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee applies.

  • Returns for defective products are free.

  • Returns for non-defective products may require you to cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software, downloadable products, and consumables (e.g., printer ink) once opened.

  • Products without proof of purchase.
